Experienced Faculty

The average number of years of teaching experience within the faculty is over ten years, and approximately one-third of the faculty have earned advanced degrees. The staff is encouraged to attend in-service seminars, conferences and workshops in order to strengthen their understanding and professional knowledge in Christian education. 

Qualifications for all faculty at WCA include:

• Acceptance of Christ
• A lifestyle which gives clear testimony of the Lordship of Jesus Christ
• Graduate of an accredited institution
• ACSI accreditation.
